With a name like America's Finest Sun Pads you know we have a 100% rock solid guarantee that stands behind every set of sun pads we manufacture. Our guarantee covers things like defective materials, stitching, craftsmanship and above all else, your satisfaction.

Materials

We guarantee that the materials we use are the best available. We not only inspect it before it goes on our shelf, we inspect it as we use it to build your sun pads. If there is a blemish in the vinyl we will not use it. If the color off we will not use it. Simply stated, if there is something wrong with the materials we use on your sun pads, after close inspection of the merchandise for *owner neglect, we will replace the affected merchandise with new materials to meet our high quality standards.

Craftsmanship

Each of our technicians has been trained and tested in their respective positions. They have the most up to date training provided and are constantly learning to keep up to date with the newest technology available. We are so confident that our employees provide nothing but the best care and craftsmanship that we will honor a 100% satisfaction guarantee against any defect deemed **non-owner related.

Should the defect prove to be an error with craftsmanship we will replace or repair if possible the damaged merchandise.

Shipping Damage

When we ship your sun pads we send them with insurance in your name against damage sustained while in transit. This insures you are covered against any shipping damage not caused by us. Any claims against shipping damage must be filed with the shipper of the merchandise. We cannot act as an agent on your behalf with the shipper since we are not liable for shipping damage.

*Owner neglect is defined as misuse or non care of said sun pads. The owner is required to provide the necessary care and maintenance required. Should signs of owner neglect become evident such as dry-rot, prolonged exposure to sun, evidence of exposure to harsh chemicals like bleach or detergents.

**Non-Owner Related is defined as damage to sun pads not caused by the owner. Damage to the materials such as ripping, tearing, burning, discoloration, dry or wet rot, and mildew are considered Owner Related and will not be covered against craftsmanship.
